We got a lovely romantic room, very large, with our bikes standing somewhere in the corner. We set out to explore Penang and had a Tom Yam pizza at the Pizza Hut (they should make those everywhere!!) After a few days we left for Bangkok. The flight went smoothly. We left the bicycles at the airport and took a taxi to our hotel. After a few days looking around in the city, we flew home. On arrival, our parents were waiting for us with winter coats after more than two months of tropical temperatures.
